Delivery Policy and Fees

Basket Orders Placed for Local Delivery
Basket orders placed for local delivery before 2:00 p.m. EST will be delivered the next business day unless otherwise requested or future date is arranged. All commercial and residential deliveries will be made Monday thru Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Our delivery area includes the cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Chesapeake.

• Local delivery fee is $11.95.
  
• Same Day Rush Deliveries start at $19.95.
• Bulk deliveries start at $19.50 depending on location and size of your order.

SPECIAL TIMED DELIVERIES WILL BE QUOTED UPON REQUEST

ALL DELIVERIES REQUIRE A PHONE NUMBER AND ZIP CODE. No orders will be processed until the phone number and Zip codes are provided.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES UNFORTUNATELY ARE NOT GUARANTEED

Some hospitals require gifts deliveries be left with the volunteer office therefore; we cannot be responsible once it has been signed for. Redelivery fees will be applied if the patient has already checked out of the hospital on the requested delivery date. We will be happy to make your hospital delivery but we do not advise it.

RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES made where the recipient is not available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor if possible and a door tag left with notification of delivery and location.

RE-DELIVERY ATTEMPTS OR REROUTED DELIVERIES when no one is available to receive packages, a second delivery attempt will be made and charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address. Address corrections will incur an extra $5.00 fee in addition to the re-delivery charge.

YOU MAY PICK UP YOUR ORDER from our location at 4987 Cleveland Street, Suite 109, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462 between the hours of 9:30a.m. - 4:30p.m. Monday - Thursday, and before 12:00p.m. on Fridays. Pick up orders must be picked up at the time agreed upon at time of order. Orders that are not picked up within 3 days of scheduled pick up time will be delivered via our courier service at the customer's expense and billed accordingly. Special after hour pick up times may be arranged. Please keep in mind that we are not a retail location.

Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm.
